  • - Copyright of all photographs is retained by Jacqueline Smith Photography. Please see Copyright Page for full copyright information.
  • - Photograph orders need to be placed within and up to two weeks of receiving notification of proofs ready to view. For group photography; up to three weeks is applicable for photograph orders.
  • - Photograph orders can be placed after the two or three week period, however, late orders may incurr a £15.00 admin fee.
  • - Upon receiving invoices, payment is due immediately or up to seven days from invoice date. If payments are made after seven days of receipt of invoice a £15.00 late payment fee may be added. If you have a problem paying your invoice within the stipulated time then please contact Jacqueline Smith Photography to discuss.
  • - Commission fees are payable upon booking your photoshoot date. Your payment secures your agreed date and time for your shoot. Commission Fees are refundable/non refundable on a sliding scale as follows: Cancellation of a photoshoot 8 weeks or more prior to your photoshoot are fully refundable. Cancellation of your photoshoot 55 to 42 days of your photoshoot: 75% of your fee is refunded. Cancellation of your photoshoot 41 to 28 days before your photoshoot: 50% of your commission fee is refunded. 27 to 15 days before your photoshoot: 25% of your commission fee is refunable. 14 days or less before your photoshoot all fees are non-refundable.
  • - In the event of you, ‘the client’ or Jacqueline Smith Photography having to reschedule your photoshoot date due to weather, illness, or unavoidable events, a new date and time suitiable for both parties will be given at no extra cost.
  • - If Jacqueline Smith Photography cancels a photoshoot when covering an ‘event’ to include arts events or weddings or any event for which the date cannot be changed, then Jacqueline Smith Photography will refund, in full, commission fees paid back to you ‘the client’.
  • - Jacqueline Smith Photography reserves the right to adjust or increase prices/fees and terms and conditions at any given time. It is the ‘client’s’ responsibility to regularly check the terms and conditions for their own peace of mind.
  • - Photographs from client's photoshoots maybe used in JSP online portfolios to include the JSP Website and other online presence, to include social media. If you have a specific reason why you would not want to agree to this then you MUST discuss with Jacqueline before commissioning her to do your photoshoot.
  • - If uploading your digital photo files to the internet you are required to add the following credit by each photograph: Copyright © Jacqueline Smith Photography.
  • - It is strictly prohibited to upload non-watermarked Jacqueline Smith Photography Photographs to the internet that have not been purchased; doing so breaches copyright and action will be taken.
